WECOM has also recently upgraded to the latest version of AutoCAD 2004; and, of course, we will still accept your .IGES, .CDL and .PRT files without any problem. We sincerely hope that this makes it easier for all our customers to send us their AutoCAD files without any difficulty whatsoever.

Another feature is Wecom's manufacturing information system (MIS), which consists of a combination of personal computers and terminals, networked under the UNIX operating system to run proprietary "Shop Manager" system programs...all of which are year 2004 tested and compliant. These programs encompass a complete accounting system integrated into a manufacturing control system...complete with order entry, inventory control, process control, shipping, billing and cost reporting. Inventory, shop floor control and labor costing are all facilitated via a "real-time," state-of-the-art bar-code system, which has input to work-in-progress and the movement of stock records. With Wecom's MIS, once your job is released to the shop floor, status and other relevant information is always immediately available.
